This Kitchen was about a 70% complete full remodel that involved all new flooring throughout the entire first floor and perhaps the most commonly requested item we get in Remodeling: Takedown that wall that separates (2) spaces. Our clients came to Star Builders wanting to remodel the kitchen and open up the space between the Kitchen and Dining room. Our SB design team generated a plan that safely removed the wall to open the space and bring the spaces together. Our clients chose grey white granite countertops, classic subway tile backsplash and white painted raised panel style cabinets and island with stainless steel pull hardware. Stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Refrigerator top this off. All new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the Dining room transitions easily to the 12 x 24 porcelain tile Kitchen flooring and finish off the design. Cost Range $50K-75K
